Wild River Take and Bake Pizza

Wild River Brewing and Pizza Company is proud to share our own handcrafted take-and-bake pizzas. Savor the flavor of truly local ingredients on top of our daily fresh made dough from your very own kitchen. Available at Cave Junction, Grants Pass and Medford locations.

Please no half and half, no free substitutions or changes, as these are speciality priced pizzas.

1 PREP

Preheat oven to 425-475 ̊ (Ovens will vary)

Adjust oven rack to center position.

Remove plastic wrap and baking instructions. For best results, bake pizza on bake-and-serve tray provided.

Reminder:
Bake pizza within 60 minutes of purchase, or refrigerate. If refrigerated, remove 60 minutes prior to baking for best results. Always bake & eat within 24 hours of purchase.

2 LAUNCH

Leaving pizza on bake-and-serve tray, place in oven on center rack. Bake 12-18 minutes.

Reminder:
For best results bake only one pizza at a time. Paper tray should not touch walls of the oven. The tray may discolor, but this is normal.

3 CRUISE

Check pizza after 4 minutes. Use a fork to puncture any bubbles that may appear. Continue to bake until finished.

Reminder:
For a more crunchy crust after 10 minutes or when crust releases from tray, slide pizza off its tray and onto the oven rack. Continue baking until desired doneness is reached.

4 RELAX, ENJOY

Pizza is done when the crust is golden brown and cheese melted. Let set 5 minutes before serving.

Caution: Pizza is Hot!

Reminder:
Do not reheat pizza on the paper tray.
